At our Basel and Humacao sites, the Legacy teams are comprised of highly qualified employees experienced in pharmaceutical production. Both site teams are guided by an on-going commitment to Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma methods. These were introduced at the plants in 2003 and today there is a cross-section of Black and Green belt qualified leaders. Both sites are multi-lingual, with English, Spanish, German and French being spoken not only by the site management but many of their fellow employees.
