ACQUISITION PROJECT TEAM ORGANIZATION
Legacy has the team and support ready to execute transactions quickly. We have a team skilled at these transactions drawn from our Basel, Puerto Rico and California facilities.
We have accountants and transaction lawyers with whom we have worked in the past, and they understand our goals and can complete a transaction properly and on a rapid timeline. Legacy's accountants are PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Legacy's Puerto Rico site has project management staff in its technical services department. This staff manages product transfers, generic drug development and other projects for Legacy and its customers requiring technical services. The site is very experienced with the transfer of pharmaceuticals manufacturing into the site, having done so for more than 50 products over the past five years. These products include prescription drugs, OTC drugs and cosmetics with a wide variety of dosage forms: solids, semisolids and liquids (topical and oral). |
